We want you to love your Paradox London purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear and accessories in their original packaging. Please ensure all items are returned in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original Paradox London branded box and secure them within a protective mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
